  Although I did come in while the place was empty, the manager was lovely and welcoming. He had my order ready within 5 minutes of having placed it on the app, and was nothing but kind while handing me my order. I believe I was the first customer as well, since he not only thanked me but gave me something extra along with my order. I hope that the clientele goes up for this location soon.

  The workers are lazy. I waited for more than 10 minutes, and the worker inside was looking at me but didn't come to take my order.

  I recommend bringing a book to read while you wait for anyone to acknowledge your presence. Went in here to get a couple donuts. Nothing needed to be prepared, just grab them and charge me. After 10 minutes of waiting while the staff prepared orders in the back, they came to the front to put out someone’s online order then immediately walked back to the back. Not even an acknowledgement that walk in customers exist. This place should be closed. There is another DD on 3rd and 95th. Go there instead.

  This Dunkin is terrible. Never have I had an experience where I got what I ordered. The coffee always tastes like dirt and the customer service is extremely lackluster. I dont understand why they constantly ask customers wanting the $6 meal dealer if they would like a croissant. It's never "croissant or bagel". I asked specifically for a bagel. The woman at the counter heard me and pushed buttons on her screen to supposedly indicate bagel. However, when I got my order, I was given a croissant and no hash browns. I was late and could not waste time fixing the order. This is not a one time occurrence, the atmosphere of the store isn't really welcoming. Feels like you're being bullied at the register sometimes.

  I asked for a Strawberry refresher w/ green tea, they fill the cup up w/ Green tea and less than 20% is refresher. Nobody wants that much green tea. Its a Strawberry refresher w/ green tea. Not a Green tea w/ strawberry refresher. Its the last time i step foot in the 2 ft sq Dunkin Donuts -____-
