Dunkin’ understood the assignment—keep the coffee cold and the hand warm. 🥰🍩The chocolate cold foam iced coffee was delicious, and the experience was fun, fast, and totally worth it. - MSMaria SNov 21, 20251.0I’m not sure what is going on at this store, but the staff here is extremely rude. They never smile, and the customer service is consistently disappointing. Today (11/21), the young lady working the back counter handed me my coffee with the lid open. When I went to grab a napkin, she wasn’t helpful and hovered over me. As a result, the coffee slipped and spilled all over me. My coworkers and I often say that management really needs to address these issues and better train their staff. The attitudes here need serious improvement.
