I waited a whole year for my favorite holiday drink (cookie butter) and it tasted like they scooped dirt from a garden and diluted it with ice and dusty water and mixed it all together. The food is gross my hashbrowns were a mush and raw and I ordered egg & cheese croissant and they forgot the egg? One day as well, I ordered a strawberry donut they gave me vanilla lol. They never get my order correct and it’s disgusting every time. Officially ruined Dunkin for me never again will I go to any HAHA. They also say NO?? when you are letting them know how to make YOUR coffee and order and claim they don’t have it. NO to just basic cream & sugar? Weirdos
