  If you like placing a to-go order and all your food isn’t in the bag so you have to ask them to re-do the order, this is the place for you!

  DO NOT USE E-Payments here they will scan it and not give you the product I even came back to the location to show proof it took my balance they even told me Baskin wasn’t affiliated with Dunkin when it is I’ve used the same method many times at the same location and all the manager did was deny and lie and made me feel embarrassed for even showing them that it took my money as you see I’ve used it many times this is the first time I have had an issue I wouldn’t be leaving this review of it weren’t for the way the manager handled it I contacted corporate but beware they will take your payment and say it’s on me even though you show all the proof that it was taken so I’m out almost $6 and couldn’t even get my coffee and donut

  Got charged $1 for a cup of ice with a $15 order that included a drink. This should be illegal and definitely major corporate decision fail from Dunkin’s.

  Są takie miejsca, które stają się idealnym punktem startowym przed długim dniem pełnym przygód w wielkim mieście. Dla nas, takim miejscem okazał się Dunkin' Donuts przy 353 Amsterdam Avenue. Wpadliśmy tam tuż przed wyruszeniem na całodzienne zwiedzanie Nowego Jorku, szukając szybkiej dawki energii i – nie da się ukryć – odrobiny tego słynnego amerykańskiego klimatu. To, co nas tam spotkało, przeszło nasze oczekiwania, głównie za sprawą obsługi. Ekipa była po prostu genialna! Pani, która przyjmowała nasze zamówienie, nie tylko uśmiechała się szeroko, ale i chętnie z nami pożartowała. Kiedy dowiedziała się, że jesteśmy w Stanach po raz pierwszy, z entuzjazmem poleciła nam kilka miejsc wartych zobaczenia – takie małe gesty naprawdę budują wspomnienia z podróży. A same donuty? Cóż, to kwintesencja 'American experience'! Kolorowe, słodkie, dokładnie takie, jakich można się spodziewać i jakich każdy, będąc w USA, powinien choć raz spróbować. To ten rodzaj prostego, ale ikonicznego smaku, który idealnie wpisuje się w obraz amerykańskiej kultury popularnej. Wizyta w tym konkretnym Dunkin' Donuts była więc czymś więcej niż tylko szybkim śniadaniem. To była chwila autentycznej, miłej interakcji i smaczne wprowadzenie w dzień pełen nowojorskich wrażeń. Zdecydowanie polecam, nie tylko dla pączków, ale i dla tej fantastycznej, ludzkiej atmosfery!
