  Absolutely the worst service no sense of urgency, inaccurate orders, and overall poor customer service. I placed my order 15 minutes early and it still was not ready when I arrived. Please steer clear of this place it is one of the most difficult and disorganized cafes.

  If you like placing a to-go order and all your food isn’t in the bag so you have to ask them to re-do the order, this is the place for you!

  DO NOT USE E-Payments here they will scan it and not give you the product I even came back to the location to show proof it took my balance they even told me Baskin wasn’t affiliated with Dunkin when it is I’ve used the same method many times at the same location and all the manager did was deny and lie and made me feel embarrassed for even showing them that it took my money as you see I’ve used it many times this is the first time I have had an issue I wouldn’t be leaving this review of it weren’t for the way the manager handled it I contacted corporate but beware they will take your payment and say it’s on me even though you show all the proof that it was taken so I’m out almost $6 and couldn’t even get my coffee and donut

  She messed my coffee up made a big mess it spill everywhere she still handed it to me. I asked her can she wipe the cup cuz it was spilling all down the cup she wiped it wit a napkin. I asked her if she can wet a napkin for me l, so I can clean It cuz It was still sticky she started screaming and saying she not gone make my coffee again. I dont knw what's her problem but she made the mistake and got mad at me, it happened at 2.45pm. She is the rudest person I've ever dealt with in dunkin her custom service is disgusting, her attitude is disgusting she is a very nasty individual, that needs to be fired. this is repeatedly with her and her attitude towards me. I think it's a race thing she is to nasty to be working in dunkin doughnuts, this is not how customers are supposed to be treated I'm a regular. I come here everyday and buy 2 to 3 coffees the old manager knew me fazia and, I know the new manager if we dont come in and spend our money the employer cant pay the employees cuz there is no money being made I'll be here tomorrow to speak to the manager personally... very bad service
