Her whole attitude and facial expressions made it clear she didn’t want to help customers. I ordered a matcha latte that was basically a cup of milk. When I asked if it was supposed to be that light, she snapped “yes” with a nasty attitude. After tasting it and asking for another scoop of matcha, she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was a problem for simply wanting what I paid for. The guy working there was polite and respectful, which made Sarah’s behavior stand out even more. I usually go to the Dunkin on 108th & Broadway where the staff are friendly and welcoming. This was my first time at this location, and it’ll definitely be my last unless they seriously address their customer service.
