Customers and employees were packed into a corner, with people coughing and sneezing — including staff. I also observed employees touching their faces and noses, then handling cup lids, money, and food without gloves or handwashing. That alone made me uncomfortable enough to ask for a refund. On top of that, my order was rung up incorrectly, and my drink was poorly prepared (mostly foam and not filled properly). The refund process was confusing and took far longer than it should have. Between the lack of space, sanitation concerns, and disorganized service, I won’t be returning.
