I ordered two drinks and a Pepper Dunkin' Wrap. When I arrived, the cashier yelled at me "Are you Denaun?". I said yes. She then flat out told me she wasn't going to make my wrap and I could get a refund through the Dunkin' app.
I asked why and she said she shut the oven off because the store was about to close (it wasn't, it's open until 5p). I try contacting Dunkin' over the app, the online chat tells me it's down for maintenance (been down nearly a month now!) and redirects to a form on their website.
I've filled this out twice, neither of which were replied to. I called the customer service number and was REMOVED's not the amount, it's the principle. The cashier was rude and now I'm being ignored.

Ordered in the Dunkin Donuts app. Amount was $16.83 Ordered on: 1/2/2026 7:22pm Was told by the employee at the drive thru that this location closes at 8pm and their ovens shut down 1 hour prior to closing.
They are unable to make any of the items ordered. I said no problem, please give me a refund. Employee said since the order was paid for in the app, they have no power or ability to refund for orders not fulfilled.
He advised me to call Dunkin customer service and ask for a refund, as corporate is the entity that can refund orders placed on the app. I reached out to customer service.
They said they cannot do anything and had the franchise owner reach out to me. The franchise owner reached out to me and I explained everything to him. He said he would investigate and get back to me.
I have emailed him several times on an update but he has essentially ignored/ghosted me. It was been a couple of weeks. I am simply wanting a refund for $16.83. BBB please help. Thanks
