- NRNeeah ReederNov 19, 20251.0Was an issue placing an order on the mobile dunkin app, the app had malfunction with placing the order, but still took money out of my bank account. So therefore, I went to Dunkin trying to still get the order since the money was taken out my account. The manger Radem handle the situation very poorly by not understanding and communicating Professionally on the situation. I told the manager what happened and he proceeded to say next time use the mobile app, which is how the money got taken out of my account in the first place, then proceeds to state statements As if we were trying to get a Free 5$ meal when we literally showed him the Dunkin receipt from Bank of America showing that the money got taken out of the account that time and day. Duncan, please educate your employees on what to do when a mobile app has malfunction thank you
