The two girls were so sweet and made my drink correctly and even made sure i liked it before i left. Thank you for being so nice especially because this area has a lot of crazy and rude people you encounter.
This location needs lots of training on, how to use their POS and how to interact with customers, the and staff that process food including manager are nice, but the cashier staff is poorly trained, they do not know how to interact properly and respectfully with customers,
cashiers overcharge for their products and upon requesting for correction, cashiers get upset, and I am posting this after same incident happened to me for about 5 times,
as a customer I would not appreciate that, cashiers should know the right prices and how to behave in a kind professional manner. I don’t have to carry an old receipt or to open my app all the times to get the right prices.
Hope this gets to the management and your staff does not get into any trouble but gets some education on this instead.

There was a literal roach in my cold brew today…. A ROACH. And there is no way it got in after the fact bc I had my straw in the whole time.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to Dunkin was very disappointing. The donuts I purchased were far from fresh — they were dry, hard, and tasted as if they had been sitting out for hours. It was frustrating, especially since I stopped by specifically for fresh pastries.
The service didn’t help the experience either. The staff were noticeably rude and dismissive, responding in a sharp, almost irritated tone to simple questions. It made me feel unwelcome and rushed, as if helping customers was an inconvenience.
Overall, I left feeling let down and dissatisfied. I truly hope Dunkin improves both the freshness of their products and the attitude of their staff, because this kind of experience makes it hard to want to return.
