She had a lot of knowledge of what Donuts were in Stock and recommended substitutes for flavors that were out. The entire exchange was uplifting but as I collected my order Monica handed me an extra two Donuts on the house. I've never been to this location before but I'm sure to return because of the excellent service provided by Monica.
