- LSLaura SSep 26, 20253.0Interesting experience. Went in the evening, so it wasn’t a busy time period. It did take time to get the order. Our server was friendly enough, and went as fast as he could. It wasn’t that fast though, He seemed to be doing a lot. I didn’t see any other staff members helping him. The food was super hot!!! Had to wait to eat. Sometimes it’s hit or miss on the warmth of food from fast food places. He made my ice coffee just right. The juice refrigerator should be behind the counter since it is locked and the one cashier had to go out to get the ordered juice. The standing counter could have been cleaner. It shares the space with a Jimmy John’s sandwich restaurant.

I stopped for a while and yesterday was my first day back there and it’s the same thing. No matter how much milk or caramel you ask for on the app you get ZERO. The problem is their printer that prints the order doesn’t print correctly and you can’t see the amount. It’s very annoying and I thought they would have fixed the issue by now as it’s been months. Extremely disappointed and not to mention every time you ask them to put caramel or milk they have the nerve to tell you it’s in there.
