Twice my large coffee was disgusting I had to throw it out it had such a bad aftertaste I’m not sure what it is but I could not drink it The refresher I add sparkling water to ALWAYS taste flat and to top it off I ordered a doughnut on my way home from work. It was only about 6 PM it was hard. The next day I went back and stopped in nd told the cashier about it he apologize about and said the donuts today are better and not hard. I will never return to this location again.

The staff are often just standing around chatting during the morning rush! It’s frustrating when customers are waiting in line and no sense of urgency is shown. I will say this: the women working there are usually pleasant and courteous they’re the only reason I still come here occasionally. But overall, this location is getting worse, not better. Dunkin’ corporate really needs to step in and take a serious look at what’s going on at this site. Harlem deserves better service. To everyone reading this: if a business is giving poor service, especially in our neighborhoods, stop supporting them. Either demand better or take your money elsewhere. We deserve more.
