- WJWadi Jesurun1 day ago1.0I create a pick up order from the app, i get asked when i arrive, i also pay for a donut… apparently “we don’t have donuts “ if i make an order on the app is to save time (pick up & go) not start to make it when i get there. There’s always something with Dunkin’ Donuts, they never have an issue charging your card though

I usually order in advance when time is tight and it is ready by the time I get there. I am able to do work here sometimes while I wait for my job to open (I try to not stay for too long).

She yells out orders and if you're too slow for her liking she sucks her teeth, complains about you within your earshot and slams your order on the counter. She really needs to leave the store because she is a miserable piece of work.

The young lady working as a barista is often unpleasant when interacting with customers. They don’t seem to follow specific requests and just prepare orders the standard way regardless of what’s asked. Unfortunately, the management doesn’t make the experience any better. At this point, I’ve pretty much given up on trying with this location.
