  The overnight staff well the gentleman that was there at 5am. I can honestly say I was dissatisfied with his customer service I did a pickup order. And when I arrived I asked him if I can have a cup holder for my drinks. Instead he, in fact, did get me the cup holder. But passed it to me as if to say pack up your drinks yourself. But it was the way he did it, as if he didn't want to be there or he didn't want to service at all. I wasn't feeling his energy with that. And I feel if you're doing a service, you should do a full service. And not do a half ass job.

  The store makeover is great, same shitty service! I once received their $6 meal deal with one slice of bread, I often have tell them to wear gloves or utilize paper to grab my donuts, and just like another review I’ve ordered over the app just to arrive and once the store was closed another time it just simply was not made.

  Come here almost everyday and the staff is my favorite! They are always so nice and consistent with their coffees. They are always so patient when you see people giving them a hard time sometimes.

  These guys always make my mobile order super fast and are friendly. They have become my, “oops I forgot breakfast but have literally only 5 min before the train comes” spot because they’re that consistent! There’s homeless/less fortunate folks posted up around here but that’s a larger issue, nothing this location can/should do about that but they handle any confrontational situations as peacefully and gracefully as they can and have a system to be sure your pickup items are not taken (they confirm your name upon pickup vs places like Sweetgreen that just leave them on a shelf). It’s fast food - so it’s consistent with all other Dunkins. Food is always hot (the hash browns and wake-up wraps are fire), and drinks are properly made to direction or alterations. Thank you guys for getting me caffeinated some desperate mornings!
