However, I went in and ordered a caramel macchiato paid for it and then decided I wanted whipped cream on it. When I asked the horrific employee for whipped cream she rolled her eyes at me and put her hand up like I was bothering her. I got my coffee with no whipped cream and then she said we usually charge for whipped cream and I said by all means I'll pay for it and her response to me was no no. Next time you can get whipped cream now. I'm not rich but $7 for a coffee and I couldn't get it the way I wanted it and then making it seem like I'm not rich but $7 for a coffee and I couldn't get it the way I wanted it and then making it seem like I was bothering her by asking for whipped cream. Completely unprofessional completely uncourteous and completely in disbelief that I can get an attitude for something that probably costs $0.10 on the retail side. Please if it's not needed, don't go to this. Dunkin' donuts. All those other reviewers probably got something for free. Horrible place. I will never go back there and I might even boycott all Dunkin donuts because of her

I had asked for a refund since they didn’t have what I wanted and asked if they knew how I could go about that and he shrugged and said with an attitude “you buy online you get refund online”. All I wanted was some guidance on how to do it.
