  Love the vibe. Friendly people. The drinks are always hot, or extra ice depending on what I get. I like the donuts, stand out. Unique flavors. Everyone here is generally pretty nice and helpful. Service is always a 10. I'd recommend the place.

While finishing my hot tea and discarding trash on my way out, he instigated conflict by insisting I was in a "prohibited back area," despite no clear signage or prior warning. He bickered relentlessly, accused me of disrespect for peacefully drinking my purchased tea, and showed clear grudges from past interactions, refusing basic courtesy.This employee cannot mind his own business, repeatedly interfering despite me being a paying customer minding mine. His dismissive, preferential treatment and instigating behavior violate Dunkin' standards for safe, welcoming service—especially during closing when backs may be prepped but customers should not face hostility for normal actions. Video evidence exists of his excessive water use and hot hostility.Request: Review this employee's conduct, provide training on customer de-escalation and safety, or reassign him.   if i could give this dunkin a negative rate i would! the customer service is extremely horrible. i try giving this dunkin a try and failed all 3 times. today was the last straw, i order a bacon avocado toast and the bacon was cold. the employee said “you watched me make it” like yeah i did but how the hell was i going to know it was cold and uncooked?! i seen it come out the oven but that doesn’t mean i know if it’s fully cooked. i was on my break and when i got back to work i noticed it was uncooked. the employee handled the situation very unprofessional. who says “you saw me make it” like are you kidding me!?

  Situé à deux pas de Bryant Park et de la New York Public Library, ce Dunkin’ & Baskin-Robbins est une super pause sucrée au cœur de Manhattan. L’accueil a été rapide et souriant, le service efficace même aux heures de pointe. Le café est bien préparé, les donuts toujours frais, et côté glaces : un vrai plaisir ! Mention spéciale pour la variété des parfums Baskin-Robbins, impossible de ne pas trouver son bonheur. Le lieu est propre, bien tenu, et les places assises permettent de souffler un peu tout en profitant de l’ambiance new-yorkaise. 👉 En résumé : parfait pour une pause gourmande, un café à emporter ou une glace après une balade sur la 5th Avenue
