Many but not all don’t like to serve and when they do they sometimes get your order wrong especially that short Indian lady. Also they don’t really like to provide napkins either. Very disgusting and low class to be acting like this. If they don’t like their job or the people they’re serving they should find another job or go somewhere else. We don’t need to be putting up with their despicable unprofessional attitude here.

The lady with pink hair who be there in the morning is so lovely the rest of them probably got hired cause they knew the manager cause ain’t no way

Unfortunately, today’s experience was unacceptable and will be our last. The self-service kiosk processed both my order and payment, but the staff stated they did not receive the order and were unable to assist. No refund was offered, nor was the drink prepared. We were told the issue was “not part of the store.” Despite remaining patient and explaining that we were in a hurry, we were met with unhelpful responses and unprofessional behavior. Overall, this location lacks proper customer service and accountability.
