They were kind to me and the coffee was good, but some people just had basic questions but were mocked without realizing. Just because of how they communicated about others, I definitely won’t be coming back to this location. They made my latte really well though, maybe order pick up to avoid communicating with them. They seemed super bothered to do basic customer service. I work in customer service myself, it’s not that difficult to be kind. I especially felt bad for the old man who was literally shaking and had trouble communicating his order

My first order was fine but the second order which is the one for the munchkins. They didn’t get it right. I didn’t get to check cause I was running a little late for my class. They were pretty busy and I get it. But when I checked my munchkins I saw original glazed instead of chocolate glazed. I’m not mad or anything but it’s just disappointing that they can’t get their customers orders right

I often stop by before work, and I’m in and out in 2 minutes most days. The ladies that work here are really nice. It is important to note that there is no seating at all. For seating, you’ll have to go to the Dunkin 2 blocks away on Chambers street.
