  I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and the payment was completed successfully. However, when I arrived at the store, the staff repeatedly told me that they do not accept Uber Eats pickup orders and refused to prepare or hand over the order. I explained that the order had already been paid for, but they continued to say they don’t handle pickups and asked me to leave. As a result, I was unable to receive my order. This was very frustrating, especially since the order was accepted and paid for in the app. If this location does not support Uber Eats pickup, that should be clearly communicated to avoid wasting customers’ time.
