- FFFayraDec 15, 20251.0Very disappointing experience. When we entered the store, there were only two employees present, yet no one acknowledged us or seemed interested in helping at first. After waiting, a female employee finally served us, but her attitude was unfriendly. There was no greeting, no “How can I help you?”, and no goodbye. The donuts were carelessly thrown into the bag and tossed over the counter, and she looked visibly annoyed the entire time. Customer service was completely lacking, and we left feeling unwelcome. Definitely not the experience you expect from Dunkin’.
