- NTNutellah T4 days ago1.0These people are so lazy! Every time I try to order a frozen coffee they say that the machine doesn’t work, it’s been weeks! I just believe that they are being lazy to clean the machine once they make the frozen coffee. If they don’t like their jobs then they should find something else or better yet, stop hiring these lazy family members to run Dunkin and get people who actually want to work!

Bites were greasy, darkened and had an off taste, like old. Bacon tasted similar.. probably won't stop here again. On the west side where I live in lower Harlem, the Dunkin' Donuts foods are always fresh!

Both times of the day the store is busy but it doesn’t stop Smriti from being kind and even remembering my “usual” order. I always give Shahan trouble with my app points/discounts but he figures it out for me. I appreciate these kind gestures from the staff.
