WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP I WAS INFORMED BY THE INCOMPETENT WORKER AT THE COUNTER THAT THEY DIDN'T CARRY IT. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT WAS THE COURSE OF ACTION, SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF I HAD 3 HEADS. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I ORDERED A COFFEE AT 5:36 AM. THE LOCATION IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 5:30 AM. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY COFFEE, IT WAS CLOSED. I WAITED UNTIL AFTER 6 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DUNKIN HQ ISN'T MUCH BETTER. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS SAYING I WANT REFUNDS ON MY ORDERS TO NO AVAIL. JUST ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I think she was annoyed because I repeated my order..Added, loud and Inappropriate conversation with a friend who she took the longest to serve. I waited 20 minutes for an english muffin with egg. One person ahead of me, her and the loud friend. I asked to have the English muffin toasted twice. I guess she didn’t feel like doing that either. I watched… she didn’t do it. I didn’t bother to say anything just took my sandwich and left. She should be retrained or not have a position in service
