- RMRAY MIRZADec 13, 20251.0IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS HERE I WOULD. THIS MIGHT BE THE WORST DUNKIN FRANCHISE IN THE NETWORK. ON NOVEMBER 22ND, I ORDER A BAG OF PACKAGED COFFEE ONLINE. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP I WAS INFORMED BY THE INCOMPETENT WORKER AT THE COUNTER THAT THEY DIDN'T CARRY IT. WHEN I ASKED HER WHAT WAS THE COURSE OF ACTION, SHE LOOKED AT ME AS IF I HAD 3 HEADS. THE VERY NEXT DAY, I ORDERED A COFFEE AT 5:36 AM. THE LOCATION IS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN AT 5:30 AM. WHEN I WENT TO PICK UP MY COFFEE, IT WAS CLOSED. I WAITED UNTIL AFTER 6 AM AND NO ONE SHOWED UP. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT DUNKIN HQ ISN'T MUCH BETTER. I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS SAYING I WANT REFUNDS ON MY ORDERS TO NO AVAIL. JUST ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Quando siamo andati noi c’era un offerta dove se acquistavi una ciambella ti regalavano una bevanda a scelta. Posto un po’ piccolo ma volendo si può consumare anche sul posto.
