I ordered at the counter hoping they would take my order and make the food as soon as they can but no. Instead they charge me 10 cents for something I didn’t ask for. When I asked for the manager they told me they are not in today that they will be on Monday. I asked the lady if she is a supervisor because she is there all the time. So the worker and supervisor told me it only 10 cents and they get tipped $20-40 a day which is a lie I used to come in the mornings. Everytime I do order ahead, they wait till I get there to make the food and drink. Of course they speak in their language and they don’t know how to communicate proper English. Obsurd the management needs to be changed or shut down immediately. Avoid this location or they will scam you and make you wait longer than you should!
