The majority of my reviews are positive but after the third try of this location it has consistently under delivered. Hot food is cold and today I ordered their new cold brew, once I paid they told me they didn't have it. They stared at me waiting for me to come up with a solution to their problem. Eventually they made me a different drink that would have been cheaper and it tasted awful. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened and I think I'm gonna swear off Dunkin for good. The people who work here are lovely I'm sure, but the quality of everything was lacking severally (customer service, quality of food etc.)
