- LOLouis OprisaAug 28, 20251.0Third and final time trying this spot. Every time I have, it was out of desperation. The staff doesn't understand English so it's a complete wild card as to if they'll understand your order and input it properly. If they do, it'll take 15 minutes for a simple one-item order. Every single time though, they got my order wrong. And I didn't try to get anything complex, literally just read one basic item off the menu, and they still can't get it right. Next time, I go to Wonder or Starbucks instead 👌

They’re never happy to see customers, No matter what you ask, they say no or sigh and act like you’re a burden. I have been forced to use this Duncan for at least 15 years and I genuinely will walk 10 blocks out of my way if there’s another one open.
