- EFErika FigueroaNov 7, 20251.0Today on 11/7/25 at 8:15 a.m. I went in to order a coffee. I did not know they had 2 lines one for online pick up and 1 at the cashier since the pickup hub is to the far right. Keep in mind this is a small spot. Mind you there were not too many people and they were all lined up by the counter, no employee was by the cashier and no signs indicating. I waited my turn, others arrived behind me. When I went to place my order the employee says you have to wait a moment. I thought she said I have to walk over to the cash register. So I said ok, as I walk over she takes the order of the individual at the cashier. I said but wait I was already here. She said yes, but like I said there's a line at the cash register for orders that are not made online. She saw I was there before the other 4 customers. She didn't say excuse me she was here first I'll take your order next. Nope told me to wait online. Guess that was a sign to never come here again and I won't.

One time went asked for the meal said iced coffee she gave hot coffee, I told her I never said hot coffee she looked at me with actitud and said yes you told me hot coffee. 3 days ago I go again to get same thing the cashier take my order processed to take orders customers ordered give their coffee first I’m here waiting for my coffee I asked about it look at me like if I were bothering her. The people on this location have to be retrain asap they have zero customer service. Always on their phones with loud music. I’m stopping getting my coffee here for sure
