    Employees at this location are very rude. I walk into a store completely empty to purchase one large cup of coffee I start yelling hello is anyone here? Are you still open? One of the employees popped their head out of the back room and starts giving me hand signals to be patient several minutes later he finally comes out and decides to start wiping the counters and washing coffee pots. I patiently wait for the employee to take my order. Employee finally takes. My order has may receipt and tells me we have no more coffee. I have to brew some more. It’s gonna be a 10 minute wait I get annoyed and I ask Him. Why didn’t you tell me this before I made my order and he responds either way you have to wait no difference I tell you before or I tell you now I was very annoyed the coffee was ok but the service stinks at this location

    On Dec 27th, 2025 I stopped in to get a meal deal and shake. One male working in front at register. I gave my order and he fixed the coffee first. When he went to make the sandwich I requested that he wash his hands first. He motioned and muttered that he was putting on gloves. I told him I was susceptible to infections and please wash. Well my goodness he had a fit like a toddler. I ask for my money back. Two guys came from the back. Meanwhile the original cashier is saying I will wash my hands now, you satisfied. He had a major attitude and still fussing. I told him I wanted my money back. One of the guys from the back took my receipt and said he would handle it. I asked for my money back 2 more times. The second guy washes his hands and put on gloves and started making the food. I told him I wanted my money back. "No no I make it for you." I saw I wasn't getting my money back so I asked for the receipt because I knew I was making a complaint. I had to ask 3 times for my receipt. The original cashier went in the back still fussing. The guy who made the sandwich had to go to the back for croissants. Who knows what he did to it when out of my sight. I brought the items home and threw away the sandwich. All of this started because I asked the cashier who was handling money to wash his hands. If he throws a fit about washing his hands he does not deserve to work in food establishments. The name on the receipt is Arabic and is common in Muslim communities, particularly in South Asia. I bring up this because certain men from certain cultures do not like to be challenged by women although I didn’t challenge anyone. I just wanted my money back. I do know I will never go to this Dunkin again. Avoid places where employees have tantrums over washing hands

    Love love love ms Zarah… Ever since they got renovated the service was poor, but the old manager returned and the attitude has changed greatly! Now I can come in every morning order in peace 🙏

    Your run of the mill standard Dunkin. No veggie offerings, often slow service. Management takes no steps towards panhandlers asking for money outside the door.
