Went in to order stood there for 5 minutes while 3 employees hung out in the back and one stood making coffee in the front no one helped me when I finally asked for help he told me to wait to which I repo fed I’ve already waited 5 minutes how long do I have to wait and he said at least another 10 minutes. That’s unacceptable a 15 minute wait to place an order at Dunkin’ Donuts it’s supposed to be fast food
- JHJala HinesSep 29, 20251.0I reluctantly come to this Dunkin’ every day due to the convenience of its location, because the quality of the coffee and drink making is disgusting. Almost every day it’s pure chaos. The service is painfully slow, and the staff always seems lost and unhelpful. Today was the last straw. I placed a mobile order to use a reward, but the staff said they couldn’t honor it and offered no help at all. I went ahead and paid anyway, got my receipt, ticket number, and the charge came out of my account. When I went to pick up my order, the employee told me she didn’t have it and basically shrugged, saying I should call Dunkin’ myself. I even showed her proof of payment, and still nothing was done. I walked out after spending $9 with no coffee and no food. The staff didn’t care to even try to fix the issue or provide basic customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer, but after this, I’d rather walk 10 blocks to another Dunkin’ than ever come back here. If you value your time or money, please avoid this location.
