- IEiris eyesOct 19, 20251.0I went there with my mom today Sunday around 1pm. There was a girl and 2 guys. The girl was extremely polite said hi to everyone that walked in. She deserves raise and a promotion. I asked one of the guys there if he had napkins and he told me there was no napkins anywhere in the store. I was annoyed but believed him.i I sat down to eat my food and the next customer comes in and she also asked for napkins and he told her. I have to go downstairs and get them after he told me they had none left. I approached him with it and he lied and said he told me it was downstairs. So why didn’t he make the same effort for me. I have a feeling why but you can guess why if u want to. The girl there kept telling them if they where going to make the food of if they were going to make the drinks because they were too busy speaking their language and not working. My cinnamon bagel with cream cheese had spots of green on it. Going to assume it was avocado and they do not clean off their knives! I’m disgusted and disappointed. Never going there again. Hope writing reviews is not a waste of time and something is being done to improve the place!
