  I have never wrote a review before due to never caring. But this was unacceptable, all I simply needed was a tray so I can properly hold my order without it possible falling. But I was constantly ignored as if I was a ghost and no it wasn’t as if they were busy they stood there and kept walking away and once one of the 2 ladies that ignored me actually decided to come she gave me the nastiest look. It was 2 ladies with black hair and a hijab. I swear they looked like they wanted to drop dead from depression

  Management needs to stop being cheap and hire more ppl, especially during peak hours, the wait time is ridiculous, sticking to the 116/lex one it’s more organized

  Pesimo servicio.!!! Los empleados son muy groseros y además cuando ven q entras ni siquiera se acercan a preguntar q se te ofrece pésimo servicio no desperdicien su dinero ahí .!!

  Purchased the wicked munchkins tin box. Beautiful box but the munchkins put in the tin were hard and stale. It was not a varied selection like the picture showed and she did not ask me which flavors I wanted. I feel like she put these in the tin to get rid of them. Do yourself a favor and purchase the tin elsewhere.

  One star this place is super bad. Customer service is awful. When I went last time I was waiting 15 minutes to order, the employee clearly saw me and went to the back and just ignored me. Super unprofessional don’t come here‼️‼️
