  Needed something hot to drink. Stopped here while.waiting for our show to start at Madison Square garden. I ordered a hot chocolate. My nephew got an apple fritter, and I opted for a glazed donut. The drink was hot enougʻh to warm me up but not scolding. The donuts were fairly fresh. I don't recall there being any seating, I could be wrong. We stepped back outside and ate at the outdoor seats outside of the garden just across the way, and enjoyed people watching and the music.

  Terrible. Mucho tiempo en espera para hacer tu orden por qué era efectivo, además ni azúcar ni leche tenía el café..

  I think this Dunkin tries to save money by brewing hot coffee with used grounds in the early afternoon. There's a really distinctive, gross taste to previously used coffee grounds that this location always has after lunch. The first time, I gave them a pass but it seems to be a pattern. I know to stay away now. This is not an acceptable way for a major chain to deal with the rising cost of coffee.

  Food is always undercooked liked they use a hair dryer to warm it up. Take up to 15 mins for orders. Waste of my time and money. Please go to any of the other 4 locations around this one. Workers are terrible and avoid you. Interior space is like a tight hallway and I wouldnt waste your time here

  Worst location. Bacon always served pink and flacid. Take over 10 mins for every order so dont order before the train as waiting on them almost made me late. Had to leave my food because they still weren't done and instead of saying so they kept saying "we have it, its coming out". The workers will avoid looking at you as that will reduce the chance you ask them for help. Never going to this location again.
