We will continue to complain on all formats until the stores themselves take accountability for employees delivering their goods.

They didn’t have cereal latte and gave us Dunkalatte which was cheaper but didn’t bother to return us the money. Instead of hot coffee, I got espresso and she forced me to take because she took time to make it. When I said I ordered coffee, she got possed off and started saying something in her language. These ladies must be kicked out.
