The staff and customers are being subjected to an extremely undesirable atmosphere because of a door that won’t shut along with a lack of heat being distributed throughout the space. It’s 10°F on this day I’m posting this. The staff here are hard working individuals who show up every day despite the circumstances and they deserve better than this
