- SMSimona MarieDec 1, 20251.0I only come to this location because it’s the closest to Grand Central Madison, and honestly, that’s the ONLY thing it has going for it. The customer service is atrocious. The staff acts like customers are an inconvenience. God forbid you ask for a straw — which THEY keep behind the counter — because the attitude you get is unbelievable. They take forever to make a single coffee, and spend more time in side conversations than actually doing their jobs. It feels like they let anyone run a franchise these days. The place just opened and it’s already this bad. At this rate, I doubt this location will last long with service this poor.
- JJJennGNov 26, 20252.0Let me start by saying the food I've ordered has always been fine/ fresh donuts. But my coffee is made wrong more than half the time. Its entered in correctly, because the sticker is right, but what is given to me is definitely not correct. so that means they dont even read the order correctly before making them. Its usually very busy and not worth waiting for a remake, so I just deal with it. But what if its someone who has an allergy, or is lactose intolerant??... that could be a huge problem.
