When the app said my pizza was ready, I went to pick it up, only for the guy at the counter to tell me I had to wait another 24 minutes. I waited again, went back, and instead of helping me, he actually shouted at me and told me to cancel my order. His attitude was unbelievably rude and unprofessional, and the way he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. The only decent part of the whole visit was the older man working there—he apologized and was genuinely polite. If it weren’t for him, this would’ve been even worse. I’ll be contacting the corporate number as well because this kind of behavior shouldn’t be happening at any location. Extremely bad experience and definitely not coming back.

- NSnick seepersadOct 21, 20251.0I order a pizza from this restaurant 10/14 after walking 15 minutes to my hotel and started eating the pizza I realized that the slice of pizza I was eating from had a piece or bacon or ham. I contacted the restaurant and was told that they will remake a pizza for me which I am a 15 minute walk one way however I told him that I will not be able to the guy over the phone rudely said or I will refund the order which he did which I guess was ok with them that I have nothing to eat. I contacted customer service which they took my information and said that someone will contact me because it’s a franchise own restaurant to date no one contacted me. Since I don’t eat pork because of religion beliefs. In the first place if the ingredients were handle properly I wouldn’t have gotten the extra piece of meat I did not order. Also the guy who made my pizza was at the cash register and then he went to the prep table and started making my pizza without gloves or washing his hands that is not acceptable and where is the proper hygiene.
