I ordered the mahi mahi and both me and my friend were disappointed. The pineapple salsa lacked flavor. We shared her ribs and those were delicious. The meat fell right off the bone. We also shared spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer and that was pretty tasty too. They gave us more than we needed in terms of bread for that. Both of us ordered sangria to go with our meals and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty it was. The staff was very nice and overall I felt we had a nice experience there. There was never any rushing us out and so we were able to catch up and relax while we talked to one another. The bathrooms were also pleasantly large.

PLEASE do not make the mistake that we did booking a reservation at DF Grille vs DF Double Eagle. The differences in atmosphere & service are drastic. We sat to a dirty table and glasses. Nicely pointed it out to our waiter to address, which he did and then he dumped us. How do I know... our new waiter (Tim C) was very occupied and inattentive giving the notion that our table was dropped on him last minute. Took forever to get bread, refills, and casual check ins. Failed to complete 2 order requests (truffle for steak & a side of Brussel sprouts). Overall, we will NEVER return. $330 plus a $100 tip (only left to show that we aren't the issue, we tip well), it legit WASN'T worth it.

Had a truly horrible experience dining here on December 27. First they moved my 9:30pm reservation up to 9:00pm on open table so we rushed from the theater. We arrived at 9:15 and from the minute we sat down it was just a messy extremely unpleasant experience. Our server came to the table and asked us if we knew what we wanted and took our drink and dinner order. We waited for almost 30 minutes for our glass of wine and wedge salad and calamari. The calamari came out cold so we sent it back and ate our wedge salad. Then at 9:55pm while eating our steak we were advised that the bar would be closing and did we want to order another glass of wine before they closed down their bar. We finished our steak and we were not offered a dessert menu just the check. It was obviously very clear from the moment we sat down they were trying to close up and therefore we were rushed through our experience. Or lack there of. Let me also be clear, I actually tipped our server 50% because I felt bad for him. He had all the tables in our section and was serving, bussing, running food and had zero support. Anyway, what a horrible experience. Management is sorely needed.

We entered the restaurant without a reservation and we asked to be placed on a waitlist, we informed him that we were members of the laundry service. However, he informed us that there was no waitlist and that the restaurant was overbooked. He suggested that we go to the bar, which is first-come, first-served basis.
We waited approximately 10 to 15 minutes at the bar and were finally seated. The bartender was friendly and took our dinner order. Unfortunately, our dinner arrived without bread service. We waited another 25 minutes for the onion soup, which was disguising. It was a mixture of Gruyère and Parmesan cheese, resulting in a lumpy and unpleasant texture and was gross.
To add to our frustration, our meals took another 30 minutes to arrive. By the time we received our food, it had been an hour since we had placed our order. To make matters worse, our French fries were missing. The bartender promptly informed the kitchen about the missing order and sent a runner to retrieve them. Fortunately, the fries were fresh and hot when they arrived.
However, 15 minutes later, a different runner arrived with a new order of French Fries that was cold. We politely declined it.
Even though this was the holiday season, the food should have been good for the prices they charge. It was a disappointment. Besides the onion soup fiasco, the Caesar salad had 4 croutons and hardly no dressing and was the size of a side small salad. Cobb salad with added chicken, chicken was ice cold.
Now, let’s talk about the check. The bartender attempted to process my husband’s card three times, but it was declined. I provided him with my card from the same account without any issues. However, when I went online with my credit card company, I discovered that all four attempts had been pending for $172.03.
Concerned about the situation, the manager, who was a kind and understanding gentleman. He apologized for the inconvenience and explained how their payment system worked. He also assured me that if there was a duplicate payment, they would reverse it immediately.

We booked a reservation for 9 guests. We were taken to a table set up for 8. The hostess whom was rude and uncaring came over to find out what the trouble was. Her solution for the 9th guest was to put a chair at the end of the table right in front of one of work stations used by the wait staff and bus people. We were promised by the dismissive hostess that the wait staff would not use that station. No more than a minute later a bus boy came and squeezed by our guest to pull a dirty nasty container used for clearing dirty dishes from the table. We made it clear that this was not acceptable and after some discussion this was stopped.
The service very poor. One of our guests order the rack of ribs. 10 minutes letter he was informed that the ribs were made that day and he would have to make another selection. It took a good hour for food to brought to the table. For the most part the food was fine. It was obvious that it sat in the back as it was not hot and continued to quickly get to room temperature. The French fries were not edible. Are water glasses were not refilled. I asked 3 times for water to be refilled and they never were. You charge $5 for a Coke with no refills. You have pay for refills.
I’ve dined at other Del Friscos and this by far was an unrecognizable experience when comparing to the other locations.
