  I always do my shopping at this store, and in general, the people are very friendly. Even the manager is very kind to me and my service animal. During my visit today, I was forced to leave the supermarket because I didn't have any "papers" or documentation certifying my service animal. The woman told me I couldn't remain in the store without showing these documents. I want to inform you that, according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), there is no legal requirement to carry or present certificates, official registrations, or medical documentation for a service animal. The law states that only two specific questions can be asked: "Is the dog a service animal ?" (I answered yes) and "What task or job has it been trained to perform?" Under no circumstances can documentation be demanded, nor can details about the disability be revealed. The situation I experienced was humiliating and discriminatory, and it caused me unnecessary distress. Saturday 21. February 2026 around 5:10 pm

  Written Oct 25, 2025 I've been coming to this supermarket for years. But I'm going to stop coming here. The wall of shame shows a complete lack of empathy and compassion. People are going to lose their SNAP & EBT benefits because of the government shutdown. And this supermarket wants to publicly shame people because they're hungry. Choosing to shame someone when they cannot afford to buy a loaf of bread is a special type of cruel and mean.
