- MMMarkMar 3, 20261.0They obviously want to go home early or not do anymore prep past 10, they want a fast closing, I was in there at 10:35 maybe and they were out of various things mopping the floors, still getting their hourly though, still letting ppl walk in to walk right back out when they realize they are no longer serving various things, is this a management issue? Sourcing issue? Ingredient issue? Or employment issue, I’d think the last one seeing as they really don’t seem to want to be there or make any more food past 10 it’s happened to me several times now but now I think this isn’t a one off situation but an actual problem.

The food is Chipotle standard, so as to say fine if you really can’t bother to make or find anything else. But this branch needs to be shut down or completely overhauled from a management perspective, as it is far below the already middling standard for Chipotle

Additionally the workers are extremely rude and have an issue when you use a coupon or points that you have accumulated. They immediately assume you are paying card and get annoyed when you pay cash. Horrible customer service. Not to mention the portions are small and the chips are always stale. Do better!
