  I rarely leave bad reviews but honestly someone needs to fire the night staff. They are so slow!!!!! The only reason I go here is if the other location on 125 has no drinks. There’s should be a way we can reach corporate because this is absolutely ridiculous. Every time it never fails.

  I know nothing will change but employees are rude, unfriendly, act like they don’t want to be there or as if you’re bothering them. I come after work and ALWAYS have to wait or be told there is a wait for CHICKEN. When the employees aren’t talking to themselves while the line is out the door, they then speak in English before rudely switching to Spanish to I am sure speak ill about people while they suddenly start laughing. It’s like Chipotle’s have a horrible type of employees and hire people who have no understanding of proper customer service. Again, I know nothing will change, I just wanted others to know how rude and unprofessional their workers are. Serving counters are disgusting as well. HORRIBLE. They also give out extra small portions. Do Door Dash or something if you don’t want to serve people properly.

  I visited Chipotle around 7:15 PM. There were a few customers in line, and I was trying to order a bowl. One of the staff members assisting me was unhelpful and seemed dismissive shes a women , her name Arnolis she’s spanish and dark skin tone, There was confusion with my order since I dont know the name of the chicken, and she was given information about the chicken options with a attitude and i was fine listening to her and I didn’t like that like rushing like take it easy, she needs to get slap she lucky i was being professional cus i know myself, Additionally, my order was taken to the back and she threw away my plate, and I had to wait an unusually long time while others were served ahead of me. This experience felt unprofessional and caused significant frustration in-front of people, she needs to work on her attitude even her coworkers knew about her attitude . Yall need to hire other ppl, im spanish but it’s basically half of them in there taking chipotle as a joke.

  Same experience as many of the other reviews here, the workers are always talking to each other and never helping customers. I had to wait 10 minutes before being helped and there was no line.
