- CDCasey Donlan1 day ago1.0The employees use insultingly small portions and when they arent treating the food like they pay for it, they are completely ignoring the FILTHY dining area. I dont understand how you can have 1 employees on break, and at the same time have 4 tables with trash on them. If chipotle saw how this hell hole was representing their franchise they would pull the franchise rights. Awful management leading to an awful experience. DONT GO HERE!
- MTMiguel Torres5 days ago1.0This was so upsetting, with cost rising came to get food for once in while, and I love chipotle this location time and time again never has anything, low on sour cream, no cheese available, my partner is vegetarian no sofritos. they give you so little rice that when you ask for more rice they look at you like you personally attacking them, I never been more disappointed, that I am actually writing a review. Won’t be going to chipotle for a while!! Also who ever is ordering for this location needs to step it up because this is embarrassing either there not doing inventory right, or they not properly gauging there Daily intake of products to have adequate amount of product for service. They also charge me the same as a chicken burrito for a burrito with no meat !!!

Instead, they were serving food in much smaller square containers that were clearly about half the size, but still charging full price. We were told more bowls were coming, but the wait was 20–30 minutes despite the store being nearly empty. What made this more frustrating was seeing that regular-size bowls were still being used for online/takeout orders, while in-store customers were expected to wait or accept less food. If bowls are available for mobile orders, they should be available for customers already in the store. Otherwise, pause bowl orders, offer a discount, or be upfront before people order. Paying full price for less food isn’t okay.
