Normalize walking out!

My bowl looked so sad I almost just said never mind and walked out since it wasn’t worth the $13. It’s consistently like this at location. If possible go to a different one.

Just stared at the 40 cents, then asked a coworker what was this. Struggled to give me $4.00 in change. Smh. Place is also disgusting and filthy. No napkins, no straws. Asked for napkins and a straw for my fountain drink, other guy sarcastically says we don't have straws but we do have napkins. I should have just left the food and drink at the register, walked out and called it a loss. The burrito was meh. Had to drink the fountain drink without a straw. Never coming here again!! Place is disgusting!!!!
