To make things worse, when I went to the cashier and asked for the employee’s name to report his behavior, the cashier refused to provide it. This shows a complete lack of accountability and respect for customers. No one should be treated with such disrespect for making a simple and reasonable request. I hope management addresses this issue, because experiences like this make me not want to return to this location.
