This has happened twice , what happened to fresh ingredients? Food/meat was cold too. I just don’t understand why this is the experience every time I visit.

(Ordered a salad bowl) .The meat was sparse, tough as nails, and cold ,even though I picked it up exactly on time. The presentation was abhorrent, like they taped the bowl to the wall and threw the food inside. The workers are so ignorant & lazy for serving slop. A word of advice to them: make the food with the same care and consideration as you would make it for yourself. What I ordered looked like dog food. Disgusting. Only order from here if you can go inside and watch them make your food. The employees preparing the food are like children- if you don’t watch them and make sure they do it right they’ll be sloppy lazy and nasty w your food, throwing whatever in a container . despicable- I’m literally so disgusted. Believe the reviews, I didn’t because chipotle usually hits. This place is shameful
