I tested positive for Enteroaggregative E. coli, which led to pelvic floor dysfunction, ongoing gut and bladder issues, and now I’m being treated at NewYork Presbyterian for Small intestinal bacteria overgrowth (SIBO). The food tastes fine, but I don’t trust how clean this kitchen is. Be careful eating here and if you ever get food poisoning, take it seriously.

I had accidentally ordered at the wrong location and instead of helping me with the order, he told me that I needed to figure it out and go to that location, and there was nothing he could do for me. This happened on 7/25/2025 at 6:29 pm. The supervisor there was so horrible and made the experience so negative. I’m a supervisor myself and to see that kind of behavior was just appalling. What a terrible example to set for the rest of the crew / crew members and what a terrible representative to have in your company and store. Shame.
