  This place served me raw chicken, photo attached. I was wondering why the chicken was chewy and then upon closer inspection it was actually raw… This is absolute disgusting from a large brand and I need to get my money back at the very least. Absolutely disgusted with this location.

  Food is good and staff are nice but around lunchtime dozens of teenagers come from the local school and take up all the seating with outside food not bought at chipotle. The also vape and throw food everywhere. Not sure why this is allowed.

  There was a short Hispanic lady making my food & gave me bits & pieces of beef barbacoa when you can see there was nothing left inside the pan, I politely asked her if she can get a new pan and give me fresh meat and she ignored my wishes and still gave me whatever garbage was left. I didn’t appreciate that because it’s my money being spent, it’s not coming out of her check to get a fresh pan of beef. Customer service was a -0. Also It was a rush hour but if you can’t work well under pressure and feel like you have to rush people’s food then you’re in the wrong line of work.

  I got chips and queso. The chips were so stale to the point some of them were unedible and I had to spit it out and throw out the chips.
