I decided to stop in last night after work The restaurant was not supposed to close until two hours later. It looks like there was closing early. I can understand because it was probably slow but as a customer about to spend my good own hard Working money, I was hoping to still get service. I got service, but my service felt rushed. The guy was trying to speed me and rushed me from making my order and also the guy who made my food. I asked if he can put a little bit of extra more meat he told me no and that upsetting me a little bit he said no it would be extra and of course, with common sense, anyone would know that if you ask for extra anything it’s going to cost extra. I told him I was willing to pay extra. but since you’re telling me no like I’m not a title to get a little extra meat forget it I’ll just stick with the reckless size burrito so therefore he just stopped the business from making an extra dollar by telling the customer know when they want a little bit more meat on their burrito otherwise than that I was able to get in and out to catch my train to go home. the Rice was a little hard, but it also looks like they turn off all the burners to the point where there was no heat to keep any of the food warm my burrito was mega cold but I had no choice but to reheat it otherwise than that I understand some people just wants to go home and they’re ready to clock out, but the staff here needs to watch The way how they talk to Customers who spend their money there in their establishment
And you should never deny anyone any extra food they May want! It’s common sense if you ask for extra that you will have to pay extra you do not have to be rude until the customer know if they want a little bit extra meat on their burrito as an employee you supposed to make the customer happy and at the end of the day, you’re the one making the money from that customer you actually want the customer to ask for extra so to tell a Customer know it’s going to cost extra is unacceptable and they need to work on a communication when it comes to situations like that and it’s understandable. You may want to go home and it’s also time to clock out, but you should not show that to the customers, you must stay professional at all times and show good business after this service. I’m just gonna go to The chipotle up the street near Lexington
