I ordered a 1pm pick up and when I arrived there was literally 20 ppl ahead of me waiting for their pick up orders.My estimated time for my pick would have been 30 mins later than what I requested on the app. The staff was overwhelmed and unapologetic. There’s no order in this place at all. People were waiting without any direction from chipotle. When you asked the person at the register their reply was simply contact pepper on the app. The worst experience I’ve ever had at any establishment. And to top it off I had to pay twice!! For food I could not enjoy. Something needs to be done here ASAP
