    The worst experience I’ve had at chipotle. As a chipotle frequent costumer I was EXTREMELY disappointed. The location was FILTHY, trash was everywhere, the tables were particularly dirty it looked like someone’s meal never made it into their mouth but rather were spread on the tables. And don’t get me started on the CUSTOMER SERVICE! We arrived an hour and a half before closure time and were greeted with such disdain but because my friends and I were super hungry we had to stay. Unfortunately I regret staying and would’ve rather stayed hungry. There were limited chicken pieces (not enough for a portion yet I had to pay the full price). My friends was lied to saying they were preparing more chicken for her. Yet that was a lie. The chicken was never going to be prepared or eaten by my friend. Following this they lied about the closing time just because they were too lazy to serve something they are meant to have. THEN! THEY BEGAN TO TRASH TALK MY FRIEND, HER EATING HABITS AND ME IN SPANISH EVENTHOUGH THEY KNEW I WAS UNDERSTANDING EVERYTHING THEY WERE SAYING. They laughed, mocked her, and made fun of her order BECAUSE WHAT SHE WANTED WASNT AVAILABLE. I believe they should receive consequences and not be as rude. This just makes me want to go to DOS TOROS more. Same food. But better service and experience. I will not be coming back to this location. Thank you and goodbye. ✌🏽

    Slowest chipotle I have been to in 15 plus years, dirty tables, small portions, not sure what is going on here - but avoid at all costs. Sorry to say this, but want to help others.

    Usually it’s been fine but today I went, just asked a worker (black glasses, tats, and two silver hoop earrings) if I could just get a tortilla on the side, I was going to pay but I wasn’t sure if I could go to straight to the register (and I asked nicely), he didn’t respond, just shakes his head no and I’m pretty sure spoke to his workers in Spanish (I speak it too), and the lady in front of me had asked for a bit more corn, and same person got annoyed, and annoyingly added 3-4 more full scoops of corn, and then got annoyed when she asked to take some off (some tha she didn’t not ask for). I would avoid him at all cost.
