However, when ordering pickup the first time it was late 5min (fair enough as this was a day with a promo) and the second time I tried visiting 10min after the pickup time in case it's late, and the store couldn't find the order. They later figured someone else took the order and remade it but I ended up with my food 20min after my order pickup time. Therefore, ordering in the line may offer a more consistent experience

Someone else commented you are absolutely going to smell and taste bleach the moment you walk in around 10 pm. Mind you the store doesn’t close till 11 pm. I’d love to forward this complaint to corporate as well. Please do not give this store any business or your hard earned money.
