At one point, another employee walked by but he didn’t help her and he was chatting instead. The manager in charge should do better by ensuring proper support and staffing during busy hours.

One of the workers finally walked up to the cash register, and a woman who had been waiting, asked if she could check out. Instead, the worker chose to ring up her own order and pay for it with her phone. All the while that woman still waited to be checked out. This was pretty much indicative of the slow and uncaring service they provided when I was there.
