I pulled a long strip of plastic out of my mouth mid-bite which I was CHEWING ON AND CHOKED, something that easily could have choked me. That’s not a “small mistake,” that’s a complete failure of basic food safety. It’s honestly alarming that this made it through prep, assembly, and wrapping without anyone noticing. If this is the level of care going into the food, I’m genuinely concerned about what else is being ignored behind the counter. This wasn’t just disappointing, it was unsafe. Do better.

- MLmaya lJan 22, 20261.0I don't expect amazing service from chipotle (I've worked at a chipotle so I know how exhausting it can be), but the customer service at this chipotle is some of the worst I've ever encountered. Been here twice and employees are unfriendly, rude and act like it's a burden to help you (even when it's not busy and even if you are friendly to them). I was also told my plain veggie kids quesadilla meal didn't come with guac but online it says it does? i work in the neighborhood and my other coworkers have also had bad experiences with the staff here :(
