But when I came down and saw this pile of garbage and the SMELL that came from it… the employees should be ashamed. The pile had been there for a while, and employees walked past it to use the restroom like if this wasn’t there, with a stench. It wasn’t until my father asked an employee if it was going to be cleaned that it got done. He said the guy at the cash register had to clean it, then proceeded to go upstairs saying things under his breath. The guy did come down to clean, but it made me wonder what else is dirty and not cleaned properly. Please do better. Train these employees on time management, prioritization and HOSPITALITY. I’ve never seen this before at any chipotle. Do better.
