  Date: 2/4/26 Time: 10:49 I stood at the counter for about 4-5 minutes while the 5 female employees went about their business ignoring me. One of them was bagging all the to-go chips. Another was cleaning the refrigerator. They all looked at me periodically during this time period and I was never once asked if I needed help. Noone ever came to the counter to help me with my order. I asked the 1 female employee who was by the drink/plastic utensil station what time they open and she said "ask them" pointing to the females in the kitchen area. I said "never mind I'll google it". So i google it and see that they opened at 10:45 and it was 10:49 at the time. I waited a little longer and still wasnt helped so I walked out and went elsewhere. I will never return back to this POS location.

  The staff closed the bathroom 1 hr before they closed, and the water/drink machine 30mins before closing.

  I found a piece of clear plastic in my bowl today, which is a serious food safety issue. It looked like thin packaging material and was mixed directly into the meal. This alone is concerning enough, but the overall experience was worse because of the service and cleanliness. One of the employees preparing my food was noticeably rude and seemed irritated the entire time. The rest of the staff was fine, but this person handled my order carelessly and made the interaction uncomfortable. The store also wasn’t clean. A spilled soda had been left on the floor, and no one seemed to be addressing it. Combined with the plastic in my food, it shows a larger problem with how this location manages cleanliness and safety. I hope management reviews this seriously. Both the food handling and customer service need immediate improvement.
