This alone is concerning enough, but the overall experience was worse because of the service and cleanliness. One of the employees preparing my food was noticeably rude and seemed irritated the entire time. The rest of the staff was fine, but this person handled my order carelessly and made the interaction uncomfortable. The store also wasn’t clean. A spilled soda had been left on the floor, and no one seemed to be addressing it. Combined with the plastic in my food, it shows a larger problem with how this location manages cleanliness and safety. I hope management reviews this seriously. Both the food handling and customer service need immediate improvement.
